Default I'd say run it!

Yeah,
I have forged pistons but if I was in your position, I'd run N2O in increments and see what happens. Why not? If you are thinking about replacing your pistons, just drive it 'till you NEED to replace something.
I wouldn't slap a 150 shot on right away, but a 75 is worth a go...
