I would get an aftermarket clutch like a spec I or higher even if you're going to do some power upgrades.They not only last longer but they are also easier to engage.I'm still thinking which one i should get.The spec II,specIII or a king cobra.But i'm gonna supercharge my car so i NEED something with better grip.
Also when you buy a clutch they usually come with the clutch,the pressure plate,and the throw out bearing.As for the flywheel i dunno.If it's no good replace it.
