I would pull the motor (really not that bad to do) and install an ARP shaft.
Prior to the breakage, how was the car running? I haven't heard much about it lately.

Fist run 1.77 60ft and missed 2nd gear and then just coasted through.
Second run I broke the oil pump shaft and never went to get the timeslip.
