I decided to go with a lockup and 4.56 gears and I am thinking that perhaps staying 3.73 with a nonlockup would have been a better idea. When the converter locks up, it devastates all meaningful performance, even when I'm running around on 4.56's! I would recommend the nonlockup if you dont choose a ridiculous stall speed and you can swallow a mpg or two loss in economy.
