Is it an AOD or a T-5? If its an AOD, get a stall, that would probally be your best bet since you already have gears. If it's an T-5 (which I am assuming b/c you are doing suspension work) then pullys arent a bad idea, or just try to tune the car by bumping the timing and checking your tps voltage. I think that if you do full exaust, suspension, and gears and hook on slicks, you should be well into the 13's. Just my opinion.
