1. Get a set of Nitto drag radials
2. Underdrive pulleys
3. Homemade air inlet tube

With these you will be at or better than 13.8's at 99+mph. In my 95GT convertible, I was running 15.2's at 90mph stock. 3.73's, HD clutch, off road X pipe, 2 chamber flowmasters, and advanced timing took me to a 14.9 at 91.5mph. Underdrive pulleys took me to 14.5-14.6 at 94.8mph. Edelbrock intake, 65mm T-body, alum. DS, and shorty headers took me to 14.3's at 96.5mph with 2.09-2.1 60's on street tires. Now with the Nitto's and homemade inlet tube I run consistent 13.8's at 98mph+, my 60's are now 1.91-1.92. The homemade inlet tube resulted in 1mph and 1 tenth in both mine and my cousin's 94GT, since you are getting the cold air put on that may work the same. Bump your timing up a little too, try 12 and work up from there, I run 13*. Remove your spare, jack, etc. And make sure you get to the track really early, like an hour before it opens so your car will be cold. The 94-95 computers, especially the cobra comp. hate warm engine temps- I see as much as 2 tenths variance in hot lapping my car! Good luck, any more question feel free to email me.
