Well no one is chewing out anybodies taste for carburators. I do agree with everyone that says that with a holley u get better performance. But that performance comes at a high cost. Having to retune it every so often and the reason for the extra performance is because of the extra gas being pumped inside. Which in turn means less gas milage. It just depends on what you want. I chose the edelbrock/carter way others chose the holley way. I personally like the jet it and forgeted approach. If I want some extra umph I take out my bigger carb and slap it on and of course it's an edelbrock. So much esier to work on and less weight.
