				 | Carlsbad results Well, the new drag radials rock, I just need to re-learn how to launch! I ran 6 times with a best of R/T: .712 60': 2.076 330: 5.78 1/8: 8.75 1/8 mph: 83.25 1/4: 13.405 1/4 mph: 105.72 My Mph went down a little now that I have traction but I was learning all day...I think I can pull a 13.2 if I can get the launch down just right. I am now leaving at 3500 rpms and I KNOW I can leave with more after feeling how well they hook! only prob was keeping the rpms I leave with consistant (I might get a msd two step so I can just hold it there!) I averaged 13.5-6 all day and the car held up great. Felt GREAT trashing a mustang with heads/cam/intake (he ran a miserable 14.4 for his mods, but he couldn't hook!) Ran a bad *** lightning that was running 16 lbs of boost, he had a computer prob so I got him by a full second. -ed |

				 | Hey Ed, Glad to hear that its working well for you. My car however sucks fat dick. I was going to go to Carlsbad and meet up with you guys but my car wouldnt hold an idle and kept falling on its face, plus my breather cap is shoving OIL through my intake tube up through the throttle body into my intake, through my heads therefore Im burning oil like a MOFO. The car is just plain running like **** . Im guessing its a 13.90 at best right now and I am NOT happy. Im going to fix my breather cap prob and get it dyno tuned. If that doesnt fix the problems and get me the results I was looking for when I dumped 3 grand into this pile of **** , Im selling my car and giving up this whole money trap of a sport. ------------------ 95GT, TFS T.W. heads, Holley Intake, B303 cam, FRPP 30lb injectors, Scorpion 1.6 rollers, 65mm TB, 73mm MAF, BBK Longtubes, Flowmaster cat back, March Pulleys, MSD coil, 9mm wires, Tremec 3550 trans, Pro5.0 shifter,10.5 Motorsport clutch, FMS aluminum driveshaft, weld in subframe connectors. 190lph pump, BBK adj FPR. |
