Guys,I just installed edelbrok perfomer that i bought it used. I just notice there is a lot of oil contaminated inside all the way up to trottle body.My stock intake did not have this problem, what is going on here? did i hook anything back up wrong? or this is normal for edelbrok intake?

Check this thread out from last week it should help you: OIL IN INTAKE
http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard...ML/018909.html

I just moved the PCV to my C&L intake tube where it has the boss for Nitrous. It only draws a little vacuum at idle from the butterfly in the TB and when I go wide open it will drop out like it should. The more I thought about taking it to the air box the more I got a uneasy feeling, if oil were to get that far it would go through the electronics of the air meter, which is a bog no no, so this seemed like a better idea and it is working great so far, no puddles and my tube doesn't have oil in it either.
