Default Pissing me off

My car doesnt want to idle when it is cold....backfires in the intake manifold when i push on the gas...and surges when i try to accelerate or when im cruising. It almost feels like its running out of gas because sometimes i can push the gas to the floor and nothing will happen. It mainly does it when the engine is cold but lately has been doing it when ever it wants. Here is a list of the things ive already replaced to try to fix it.

EGR valve
IAC module
Fuel filter
fuel pressure regulator
Air charge temperature sensor
Timing is fine
New spark plugs, wires, distributor cap
The temperature sensor next to the distributor
Pick up coil
ignition module
No vacuum leaks

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREAT

Do you think it could be my fuel pump or the TB sticking???
