![]() I'm going to be replacing my tires here shortly, and need some opinions.
Currently the car has Kumho ecsta 712's, that I got from tire rack. I gotta say, for what they cost, I'm impressed, they stick well, are excellent in rain, (which we seem to get a lot of up here) and even held up nicely to the car sitting for nearly 2 years ![]() Anyway, a guy I work with put me in touch with a friend who quoted me like 94 a tire mounted and balenced for a set of nitto 450's. Looking around on the web, they didn't seem to get too many good reviews, and most were from import drivers. Anybody with a 'stang ever used em? Obviously I'm not looking for ultimate performance, but for the buck, the kumhos were pretty good, and work out about $50 cheaper, w/o mounting. (BTW rain performance is obviously important for me, and most of what I saw for the nittos was "less than glowing") Suggestions? Thanks J
