Default How much boost will my stock block take?

I have a stock block with forged pistons. I am wondering if I should wait until I get a new block to drop on the procharger. I plan on 12 psi. With my current signature + 12lbs of intercooled boost- will my block handle street driving for lets say 1 year? If I have to I can wait until I get a stroker/ but im not the most patient person either. And a year is a long time......
Anyone out there with a similar combo on a 100k stock block?
Thanks for reading
