![]() I have a 90 Coupe slowly transforming from a stone stock somewhat neglected state.
I need to swap out the original Tstat soon. Should I get a 160° unit?? I have a 3 core rad and a flex fan ( too many cracks in the stock plastic for my taste, and clutch was on its way out) On some of the hot days with the AC it got to 200° or a little higher and would bounce down then back up, sounds like the Tstat cycling to me. It used to never move off 170 previously. So any suggestions for a mostly stock motor t stat temp would be appreciated ------------------ Frank W 90 5.0 LX coupe Daily driver.
