Im going to rebuild my old 68 289 soon. Its in a 68 coupe w/ a 3.08 rear end and a C4 transmission. Currently have a holley 600carb w/ edelbrock performer intake, and full exhaust, headers etc.

What do you recommend to put me in the mid 13's N/A. I might run NOS, what should I build up, If I am to do that also?

Also are 89 5.0 heads any good?
