As you can see with my question, Can I put synthetic oil and hopefully I spelled it right, into my 136,000 miles Stang. What about the trans, and the rear end. I gotta make sure because Im going to travel with the car From Miami to Connetticut. I use X1-R
Lubricant but I also gotta use my regular oil. It's just a thought and I'm wondering If I should. My car has No leaks as for now.

I use exxon superflow synthetic (blend)20 w-50 racing oil, and it works great.

oh and i changed my t-5 fluid today with some mobile1,and it shifts a bit smoother

O, and i have 168K miles on my motor. I do have some minimal leaks
