Hope I'm not to late
Well....I guess it all boils down to trade-in value..........cuz here is what I think will happen: you'll trade for the 99, you'll like for a while then start to miss your vert when the sun shines, but now you know you need the speed also, so you trade it in on 03 Cobra vert
 And I think the 99 might fetch a bit more
