The mega-bites allow for more adjustment. (You are allowed to adjust the length of the control arm verses not being able too with the jr's...)
As goes for the battle boxes....it should take you no more then 30 mins. for the whole thing. I did mine in 10 mins. (No back seat).
Once you "cage the car" have one of the bars connect to the top of the plate of the battle box. (Kinda hard to explain but you will understand when you see it).
I love the battle boxes from Wild Rides. Look in MM&FF magazine for the number.
