pros: easy to install, 5-10 hp.
cons: can drain your battery, or not cool the engine as well, but most people run them with no prob's, you can get an overdrive alternator pulley so you wont lose amps. I went with just an asp underdrive crank pulley. oh yea, might have to get a shorter belt.
