Default caution!

I have a 1994 gt, and it is a great car. It does have one problem. As I'm driving down the road, It downshifts when it's not supposed to, and also just revs. I've had the transmission rebuilt, and it still does it. I've brought it to a few shops, and they haven't been able to figure out what the problem is. I don't know if all '94's do the same thing, but be careful!
