I have never seen a problem with using a nitrous plate and a dual plane intake. The holes on the spray bars are at 45 degrees to each side of center, specifically so that they can be used with a dual plane intake. If there was a problem, Moxie's suggestion would work, but I can't imagine that being necessary.
