Manual rack
I know that some of you have manual racks, I have a few questions, cause I'm looking at getting one as my power steering pump is leaking.
First off, when the engine is off currently, with power rack, it is incredably hard to turn the wheel, whether your rolling or not; is it this hard with a true manual rack? I don't think so, just want to be sure, as I've never actualy used one. What is a good manual rack, and where can I obtain it? Maximum motorsports sells solid steering columns, is it worth it? On installing, how hard is the rack to put in, and take out the old rack and pump? How hard is the column to install? ------------------ 90LX AOD Convertable: Lakewood control arms, FMS springs.
