A shorter belt won't work. Powerdyne places the belt tensioner on their blower bracket. Without the air conditioner pulley the belt won't tension properly, if at all.
I'll see if I can get a pic of mine to you. I still have the air, but I've had the belts off and on enough to know. ------------------ '92 GT conv. TFS heads, GT40, Powerdyne 9#, AOD, 3.73... |
