Question Are 347 & 393 strokers emissions legal??

In about a month I'll be pulling up to the emissions dyno with a 393 stroker underneath a 93GT. I'm using BBK 2 1/2" Cats w/ BBK shorties, a smog pump, EFI w/ 30lb injectors & 70mm TB. Also, I plan on getting the test code tool for the computer and a chip to help the 30lb injectors run lean. I know it can be done in the magazines as proof is the emerald green cover car on a recent MM&FF issue. Has anyone had any first-hand experience passing strokers on emissions dynos? I figure if the 347 passes than there is no reason why the 393 wouldn't.
