That high of temp is no good for the oil. I'd go ahead and change the oil, and when you do, look carefully at the oil coming out of the pan. If you have a blown head gasket, you'll most likely see water come out before the oil (oil floats on water). It's a quick, cheap way to look for signs of a blown head gasket.
