I have 89LX 5.0L. My brother has a 93 Cobra. Both cars use the same spindle with no other modifications. The 87-93 5.0L, non-cobra, uses a 11" rotor with 66mm piston calipers. The 93 Cobra uses a 11" rotor with a thicker hat design to account for the different backspacing of the 17x7.5" rims. The calipers on Cobras uses a 73mm piston, instead of a 66mm piston. Just like the ones on the earlier lincolns. We have done the brakes many times so all this is accurate. All parts are inter-changable
