![]() I worked with a guy whos buddy did this, i dont know what year, but they made those from 73-78??? Anyways I never had a chance to see under the hood but what he had said was.
1)engine was really hard to fit. 2)blew up stock rear axle almost immediatly 3)couldnt fit large enough tires in the wheel wells. Basically, he said it was alot of work for a car that handled very poorly and didnt have the traction to make use of the power. It sounded like it was kind of a hacked together job so maybe it could be done to work alot better. But I can see where it would be hard to get the thing to handle with that much weight up front in a car so light. What about a supercoupe v6? Still alot heavier than the little 2.8 |
