Not so! My car passed just fine without cats. Just for giggles a friend of mines buddy and I threw my car on the tester. Emissions were just fine, that was with the stock motor though a few years ago.

So I guess it was my imagination, that when I put my cat h-pipe on that my car felt more sluggish down low? Hummm......my car runs a heck of a lot better with and off road h.
