Default Finding Materials for the home-made ram air

after seeing the post on this a few weeks ago, I kinda got to thinking why I did not look into this long ago.

I know what I want, about how to make it, and have a professional welder who has offered his help....but here is the big question, where can I find the t6061 (I think that is the right number) aluminum sheets?? I saw an article on the internet where the guy said u could buy a 4x4 sheet for 22 bucks-seems cheap to me. The rest of the set up I have been able to locate here and there, but I need to know where to find the aluminum.
Thanks-
Ryan
