I'm not a lawyer, but by law I think the dealership has to PROVE your mods caused the problems, but short of keeping a lawyer on retainer and money for court costs, its hard to get some dealerships to touch a modded car. It varies per dealership.... The first thing you should do is get your codes read. It sounds like you have other problems other than your exhaust sensors.
