First thing I would do is get the stuff out of the trunk. I am surprised the track lets you get through tech with that stuff being loose back there. Last thing you need is for something to go wrong and that stuff going flying around inside your car. And yes, if you get some DR's, you will definately be running in the 13's so long as you get those 60's down.
