Haven't seen a 427 yet, but that's waaaaay too much. Rod ratio is way outta line, and yes it will absolutely SCREAM. But not for long. They already have 408's coming apart, but there again ALOT of motor for the money. Stick with the 393 for longevity.

Dart just came out with a Man-o-War block that looks pretty killer. Can punch that puppy out to an axle twisting 470 cubes! I'm seriously looking at that one, because after all, the engine in my car is just "temporary". hehehehehe
