![]() I recently bought a Hi-torque starter (p/n M11000-B51), which didn't have any wiring schematics with it
![]() I think that the wiring diagram was backwards because the loop on the thick wire doesn't go over the 8mm stud, and the loop on the skinny wire fits perfectly over the 8mm stud. I filed the hole on the thick wire, and after hooking it up according to the diagram, the starter spins, but doesn't kick over and engage the flywheel. I think that i need to swap the wires on the starter, just wondering if anyone has any experience with this or knows why the starter wouldn't be kicking over. Any links to a correct schematic would also be appreciated
