Default plug gapping for nitrous

its a 100 shot, and i'm going to get autolite 24's, and setting my timing either back to stock or to 10* what would be better? and what should i gap the plugs to? this is a daily driver by the way, and i'm thinking of upgrading my fuel pump to, what size? whos? and hows the install? sorry for the long post, thanks in advance
