cant i already tried ford rockers. they dont work on chevy valves. the chevy stems are shorter then the fords, so the ford rockers run on the top of the spring perch instead of the stem which can cause the keepers to come out and drop a valve down in the cylinder. i got very lucky and had only one keeper come out and found it on top of the head, so i had to go back and change all the keepers, spring perches and push rods because it ate some of them up so i changed them all.
