Red face One hot 'Stang

Yeah the red paint is looking hot, but so is the engine! I've got a new water pump, checked all the hoses, rotted out the radiator, new overflow catch tank, new thermostat (180),and I had the temperature sensor checked, its ok. The coolant bypasses the intake by way of a, I think, copper tube (no leaks) because were the hose connects to the intake, two metal sleaves, it was clogged(calcium from hard water of the the previous owner). I've tried everything and it still wants to run hot (to the top of the N when I'm on the interstate. Any suggestions? Oh, also I have a idling problem, doesnt want to stay cranked at all in the morning. I mean I have to warm it up for like 10 minutes for it to stay running, and even then it'll somtimes cut off....Whew, where to begin!? Thanks in advance for any help!
