How to raise lowered car

I dont think air bags($1000-$2000) would be the way to go on this. I dont believe he would like to spend over a grand to clear a couple of speed bumps. Is it scraping your exhaust or what part of the car? if its the exhaust maybe just try to put spacers in the rear. If its somewhere in the front I guess just switch to some different springs.
