![]() The F cam is a great cam in my opinion for the money-you can find them all over the internet on classifieds for $100. I have a couple friends running the F with 1.7 rockers and no problems. I have the F cam in my car with the stock rockers-however I bought it that way. It has a very broad rpm band with its 114 degree lobe center, which is good AND bad. It is an excellent street cam, I like it, probably wouldn't be my choice again as I like "peakier" cams with tighter lobe center's, but IMO if your gonna get a cam, get a cam. Call up Ed Curtis at FTI, call up Greg Lankford down at G & M Racing and tell them what you want out of the car and see what their cams will cost you-if its in the price range-do it, if not, see what they or whatever "reputable" shop you call would suggest for your combo and tastes. Crower has some really good cams to choose from also-I've always been a little partial to them as far as off the shelf cams.
