I'd say you'll be lookin at somewhere about 300rwhp. Which with some good tires and driving could have you in the mid-low 12's.

I'd skip the 65 and go with a 70mm TB.
You won't NEED 24lb injectors but if you stay with 19's then you'll have to have your fuel pressure way up there.
I've heard that people have tuning problems with 24lb'ers so I'd skip those as well and grab some 30's
