![]() You have to send pictures of the engine compatment, the interior, the undercarraige, and exterior front, back, and both sides. You must send all the reciepts for the parts you used to modify it. If you bought the parts used you must have reciepts that have the vin number that of the vehicle that the parts came off. You have to right in detail everything that is modified on the car. You have to take the car to a state inspection mechanic and have him sign and put his inspection license number on all the pictures and inspect the vehicle to insure all the modifications are done correct and are safe. This is what I had to do to get the Collectable Vehicle Plate. I sent $10,600.00 worth of reciepts and everything else they asked for and I had my tag in about three weeks. It was a one time charge of $65.00 and you never have to renew it. RAy
