From what i've read lincoln rotors will work on a 5.0L with the larger rotors 11"......but you've got 10" front rotors so nevermind that idea
One thing that i've heard that works for switching on the rear is ranger axle shafts and drum brakes (from the 7.5" ranger rear) will swap right in but i think you need something like 2 of the same side axle shafts from the ranger....i've never done it so i'm not exactly sure, but this may help you find info about it.

For the fronts you could convert to the later model size brakes by buying new struts (for bolting onto the spindle), new spindles and all the brake stuff like calipers, hoses, etc. and then use the lincoln mark VII rotors which from what i hear swap right over since they're the same diameter.

I'm not sure but lincoln may have made a fox body car with 5 lug 10" rotors, but i've also heard since they're heavier they've always had better brakes than mustangs which means that there may not be any 10" 5 lug rotors other than aftermarket stuff you can buy.

There also might be kits for vehicles with 10" front brakes with the 7.5" rear axle, but i believe they cost as much as the conversion for the vehicles with the better brakes so it may not be worth the money to try and convert the stock brake system to 5 lug.

I hope this helped a little, hopefully someone can tell you more than i can
