The paint will be shiny. If you look at the original, you will see it lacks many reflections as well. It's because the pic was taken on a cloudy day. Not much to reflect.
As for the wheels, here's a pic of the actual wheels that are going on the car.  I bought them the other day and they should be here Monday.
