Sounds like the electric fan is horribly overworked. Besides that, I see that you don't have a bigger radiator listed in your sig. Do you have a stock radiator still? If you do, there is no way it will keep a 347 cool. You need to get an aluminun 3 row and your troubles will be over. Good luck.
