I actually spoke with the tech line at TFS and decided to the same cam you are looking at. I have an '86 project car and ran this cam with the stock flat-tops, GT-40 iron heads and 1.6 roller rockers. I had no clearance problem and it passed the emissions test her in TN with no prob. As for performance, I had the E303 prior to this, and the Trick-flow puls much harder through the entire power band.
