Default T-5 Problem

More of a follow up question than a reply, so I apologise in advance. Can anyone help me with the following.

I have a '90 GT that runs a somewhat respectable 13.7 sec quarter with myself at the wheel. However recently I have noticed a harmonic vibration in 1st, 3rd and to a much lesser extent 5th gears, which seems to be in the tranny, i.e. clutch in or out makes little difference. The vibration is centered on the passenger side dashboard, if that helps, and disappears as soon as the shifter reaches neutral. The vibration peaks at about 3500 rpm, so if I am racing it seems to be absent. It is also worse in 1st than in 3rd.

Thanks,

Ian.
