![]() I have called Vortech with the very same question. They stated the oil orfice is very small (a few thousands or something) and just sprays a fine mist of oil on the gears. The benifit of placing an oil cooler inline is very small due to the small amount of oil flow used to due to the small orfice. A engine based oil cooler would be beneficial though (and on my "to do" list too).
