Ya Know, theres a time and place for everthing, during the day it should not be a problem, now during the night, I agree its a bad time due to that thing called sleep and work the next day, he should have been ginen a warning, to slap him with a $300 ticket is a little to far fetched, hope he can fight it, let us know......Lee
