Thanks to all you Mustangers for the input

I finished the car up and just got back from driving it around. It will take me awhile to get use to the stiffness of the clutch pedal.
I killed the engine twice!! The new clutch really grabs.

Here is what I replaced
Pilot bearing
Ford Racing HD Clutch Kit
Ford Racing clutch cable
Ford bearing retainer
Rear main seal

It feels like a new car again with 95K on it
