1995MGTS is exactly right! He has been there and done it and so have I. Welcome to the club Patrick. Is your car an auto or 5 speed?
If you dont have a tuner close to you with a dyno, call Johnson Motorsports. Chris is an excellent tuner! He can get you real close with a custom mailorder Autologic chip. With my first chip in my 94 the difference was like night and day! Driveability was restored and I had a HUGE difference at the track too! I later learned that his recommended fuel pressure was really fat. (for safety reasons) If I could have tuned it on a dyno then I could have probably picked up another 10-20 horse. The 19lb injectors are good for close to 350 naturally aspirated horsepower. Opinions vary on this subject, and this is just mine. andy
