![]() The white hose (at 2:00) and the black hose (at 4:00) are for emissions smog pump lines. Dont know, cause I pulled them along with the smog pump when I installed the S-trim. THe black hose (at 10:00) still was [for now] hooked up, and is used to purge the evap canister (I think).
The #2 is the smog pump into the exhaust. You can disconnect it, but it may cause some codes(?) to appear. You can remove the smog pump, AND this #2, as theya re a team. If you disconnect that big nut (forward to the pump) you need to plug the pipe (hose back) towards the exhaust. Its a one-way vavle and will make a drum-roll type sound at full throttle.
