![]() I just put some 255/50/16s on my car with no problems and no need to flip the quads. I do have aftermarket wheels that are 16x8, so, that may have helped with the clearance. I'm not sure what the backspacing is on my wheels.
However, I did run 245/50/16s on the stock pony wheels with no rubbing problems. It did look like I had room to go larger than the 245s. This is only for the back. I've never run larger than 225/55/16 in the front.
